Founded in 1934, the Kazakhfilm Film Studio is the largest film studio in Kazakhstan, producing short and feature-length fiction, documentary, and animation films. The studio is named after the renowned Soviet Kazakh actor and film director Shaken Aimanov.

The new complex is designed for broadcasting four cable channels in cable networks.
In this project by DNK-TV, the most advanced achievements of the television industry are utilized. In particular, broadcasting is carried out using the IP protocol with the 'channel-in-a-box' solution by Imagine Communications Versio.
The signal path redundancy is implemented using a 4+2 scheme. Signal routing is provided by
a matrix with a fault-tolerant architecture configuration of 32x32 – Imagine Communications Platinum MX. The infrastructure for monitoring and measuring signals is also built on Imagine Communications solutions
